This chapter discusses the regulations of agritourism activities. Various taxes, licences, codes and fees have to be carefully examined, and in some cases even permits are required. It depends on the location of the enterprise (country or even the region), attractions offered, whether employees are hired and a number of other factors Many of the regulations are very complex. They vary depending on the type of enterprise operated and where it is located as well as many other factors specific to particular activities; however, they should be carefully examined and followed by agritourism entrepreneurs before starting and while operating an agritourism business. It is appropriate to contact agencies for specific information on fees and to obtain the most current regulations and explanations of them.
