Nematode parasites of food legumes.

This chapter describes the nematode parasites of food legumes, including broad bean, chickpea, lentil, mung bean, cowpea, soyabean, common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) and pigeon pea. Information is given on their distribution, biology, symptoms of damage, survival and means of dissemination, economic threshold level, other hosts, disease complexes, and management measures, which include host resistance, cultural, chemical, biological control methods.
