An understanding of livestock nutrition is of paramount importance in feeding the world’s growing population effectively. Within livestock nutrition this includes the need to improve feed conversion efficiency, the potential use of novel feed altetrnatives to traditional feeds and forages, and improving feed to mitigate livestock greenhouse gas emissions.
